We've created a form specifically to gather those interested in custom orders. Maybe you want the jowls, feet, or organs. Perhaps you want T-Bones instead of New York Strips. Maybe want pork belly instead of bacon. If you buy in sufficient quantity, you can get precisely what you're after.
Please fill out the below form, indicating what animal and quantity you're looking for, as well as any specific instructions regarding the cutting that you may have. We will reach out to you to discuss the options and finalize what you're looking for. If you have less than a whole animal, we will pair you up with other requests as available.
One very important thing to note is that we have limited opportunities to get unplanned orders processed. This has been further complicated by the severely increased demand everyone has had lately. We will take our list of those interested and fill them a first-come, first-served basis with when we're able to get appointments with the processors. We will confirm your commitment when we are able to book a processor for the order, whenever that may be.
