Hammett Family Farms has been providing bulk custom orders for decades. If you have a large freezer, you can get the greatest cost savings and the most flexibility by ordering at least 1/4 of an animal at a time. We work with you and our butcher to personalize your order.
Our cattle range between 1,300 and 1,600 pounds, so what you actually receive will vary. Meat that you actually take home is approximately 40% of the live weight. That 40% is roughly split evenly among bones and other waste, steaks, roasts, and ground beef.
Some cuts of meat require further processing (such as smoking) and may take up to a month to be ready for delivery.
